Corporate Human Resources Director Needed in the Nashville, TN area!
We are partnering with a leading organization to identify an accomplished Director of Human Resources.
This role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing HR operations, talent planning, and employee relations across an international workforce.
Pay: $150k+bonus

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, including leadership at the HRBP or Director level.
- Proven ability to advise and influence executives.
- Strong knowledge of ER, compliance, and organizational strategy.
- Experience in a complex, multi-site, or global environment required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals in partnership with senior leaders.
- Oversee employee relations strategy and lead complex investigations.
- Guide workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Lead performance management and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with global HR and Centers of Excellence to implement core initiatives.
