About the RoleAs our Senior HR Manager, you’ll be a key strategic partner in helping Inevitable scale and sustain a strong, people-first culture. You’ll own and evolve all aspects of HR — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and team development.
This is a foundational role: we're looking for someone excited to shape and lead HR practices in a growing, fast-paced, hybrid agency environment. You’ll work both on-site at our Scottsdale office and remotely, helping build a cohesive, high-performing team and culture — across domestic and international (offshore) teams.
What You’ll Do👫People Operations & Culture
- Champion and continuously refine our people-first culture
- Build and implement HR policies and systems that support a hybrid and globally distributed team
- Lead DEI efforts that align with our values and foster an inclusive workplace
🔍Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles, including domestic and offshore hiring
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to source, onboard, and retain offshore agents
- Design scalable onboarding programs that make all new hires feel welcome and equipped
- Build out learning and development initiatives that span time zones and cultures
🌎Performance, Compliance & International Workforce Management
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution across local and international teams
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with U.S. laws and consistent with best practices for managing offshore teams (e.g., BPOs, EORs, or international contractors)
- Maintain strong relationships with offshore vendors or staffing partners when applicable
♟️Leadership & Strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, global team management, and workforce planning
- Support and coach managers in leading effective, culturally-aware, and collaborative teams
- Use data and employee feedback to improve engagement and retention across regions
Who You Are- Experienced: 6+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic HR role
- Offshore Management: Direct experience managing or supporting offshore agents or international teams (e.g., BPOs, remote contractors, or EORs)
- Builder & Operator: You’re energized by creating scalable systems and processes from the ground up
- Remote/Hybrid Fluent: You’ve worked with distributed teams and understand the nuance of leading across time zones and cultures
- People-First & Strategic: You balance empathy with big-picture thinking and execution
- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of HR compliance, especially in Arizona, and best practices for managing global teams
Nice-to-Haves- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR)
- Experience in customer service, CX, or agency environments
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Harvest, Google Workspace, etc.
- Cross-cultural training or global HR experience
