In this role, you’ll manage a team of three direct reports, drive initiatives that support talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll be a key partner to leadership, helping shape a people-first culture while navigating the complexities of a dynamic business structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple business entities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience working in multi-entity organizations.
