Prinsco is looking for an experienced
Human Resources Manager to lead our support talent acquisition and onboarding processes, while supporting team member engagement and development. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and plays a key part in promoting Prinsco’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Support managers and team members on performance, engagement, and policy administration.
- Facilitate investigations and corrective actions that strengthen culture and retention.
- Develop and implement programs that drive engagement and align with company strategy.
