Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in building and developing a high-performing workforce. You will lead initiatives that promote leadership development, employee engagement, and operational excellence across a geographically dispersed organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for people, service, and continuous improvement.
What you will do:
- Build and develop a high-performing HR service organization through training, leadership development, and employee recognition programs.
- Foster a culture of responsiveness, transparency, and continuous improvement across all HR functions.
- Partner with operations and service leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to support a growing and dynamic workforce.
- Implement scalable HR solutions that support decentralized teams and multi-site operations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies and procedures.
- Use data-driven insights to improve employee experience, engagement, and performance.
- Support organizational change initiatives and champion a customer-centric culture.
What you will need:
- 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in service-oriented or manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to drive consistency and employee satisfaction across decentralized teams.
- Strong background in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Experience leading large-scale HR initiatives, including quality assurance, compliance, and change management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to inform strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
