We’re supporting a leading global media and entertainment company in identifying a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join their growing HR and recruiting team.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity with strong potential to be extended. This position is based in New York City and will be hybrid with 3 days a week onsite.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys supporting a wide range of recruiting activities that help shape an organization’s people strategy across multiple brands and creative divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Support Recruiters in requisition management, candidate communications, and offer coordination.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), performing regular audits and transaction updates.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the broader Talent Acquisition team, assisting with projects and process improvements.
- Utilize iCIMS or similar ATS platforms to manage workflows and candidate data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across departments and brands.
- Support virtual interviews using Zoom and ensure alignment of schedules across multiple time zones.
- Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet) to track progress, coordinate meetings, and manage communications.
- Partner with the HR Operations and IT teams using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow to streamline recruiting processes.
