P&O Business Partner
As P&O Business Partner at Mars, you would be responsible for leading development and implementation of local HR policies fitting overall HR policies, leading the generalists team in delivering HR services, supporting the business, and influencing policies from an HR point of view.
What are we looking for?
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Ideally, you’ll have over 15 years’ experience that enables job holder to provide leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges
- We want someone who is over 15 years experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources over long-time frames
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy for a business area or significant function, anticipating megatrends and complex challenges and opportunities, and ensuring integration with wider corporate strategy.
- Lead the development of Human Resources frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on- and offboarding, and retention of talent for a nationally based organization, ensuring that these meet business or institutions’ needs; enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost, and comply with external requirements.
- Develop strategic organizational policies for an extensive area of the business.
- Provide authoritative specialist advice to the leadership team of a medium-size international organization to guide the implementation of policy and the design and implementation of projects and change initiatives.
- Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of a significant function; evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize development activities; embed personal development and the fulfilment of personal potential in the culture of the organization; build capabilities elsewhere in the organization through mentoring and other informal methods.
- Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values; clarify the actions needed to implement it within the area of responsibility; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve the organization's business goals.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
