We're seeking an HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner supporting global operations from our West Palm Beach base.
The Role
Full-time, in-office position supporting a high-volume contact center environment. You'll be the primary HR partner for customer service and operations teams, working with leaders across multiple global locations in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Lead employee relations and conduct independent workplace investigations
- Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective action
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Manage leave processes, offboarding, and HR operations
- Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching
- Drive engagement initiatives and foster positive workplace culture
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights
- Support change management and organizational effectiveness
What You Bring
- 5+ years HR experience as an HR Manager, Business Partner, or senior generalist
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Experience in high-volume operations or contact center environments
- Excellent relationship management and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR/SPHR a plus
