Healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Human Resources!
MUST have at least 4 years of HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IN A HR Director role to be considered! Union experience is REQUIRED!
Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
- Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
Experience:
- Must have at least four years of professional Human Resources experience within a healthcare setting
MUST have union experience!
