About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager II (Contractor) to join our client’s People Function team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to People Managers across North America, supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving HR initiatives that create a vibrant, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with People Managers on performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and talent development.
- Guide leaders on compensation, benefits, and total rewards discussions.
- Provide support during employee relations matters (investigations, grievances, performance improvement).
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Support and deploy HR programs, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Contribute to M&A activities, restructuring projects, and enterprise-wide HR rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise (Employee Relations, Mobility, etc.) and HR colleagues across geographies.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of HR experience with strong generalist or HRBP background.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, compliance, and HR program implementation.
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance enterprise strategy with local market needs.
- Project management experience; exposure to M&A or restructuring is a plus.
