Position Overview
Our growing HYBE America Human Resources team is seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Human Resources Manager or Director to support the growth of our HR function in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and exemplifies the HYBE DNA core values of Passion, Autonomy & Trust.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic people initiatives that align with long-term organizational goals
- Act as a frontline partner to select client groups on all aspects of the employee experience: full employee life cycle, change management, engagement initiatives, check-ins, career development, and employee relations
- Support HR operations and execute company-wide initiatives and programs
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure timely processing of personnel actions
- Lead HR audits
- Work with counterparts in Korea to build trust and create transparency
- Foster a diverse and positive workplace that attracts top creative and operational talent
- Promote development initiatives including leadership coaching, mentoring, and career pathing
- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Regularly report on key HR metrics
- Manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism at all times
- Provide counseling and coaching to managers and employees, facilitating conflict resolution as needed
- Support the execution of strategic people initiatives aligned with organizational goals, under the direction of senior HR leaders
- Provide operational support for HR programs and company-wide initiatives
- Contribute to fostering a diverse and positive workplace that attracts and retains top creative and operational talent
- Gather, track, and analyze data to inform HR decisions and provide reporting for senior HR leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Deep understanding of federal and state labor laws and compliance
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional verbal/written communication skills
- Passion for music and enthusiasm for contributing to a creative, global business

Salary Range
The salary range for this job is $120,000 to $170,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
