Responsibilities:
· Create organizational strategies by identifying human resources and people needs to support business goals and growth by providing new processes, guidance, training and implementation.
· Develop and oversee recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce including comprehensive training and career progression plan.
· Refine, build, and educate on the knowledge of HR practices, compliance and key trends both at the state & federal level and within the industry.
· Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
· Enhance, streamline and implement best practices for company HR systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
· Train and coach managers in leadership development, compliance, performance management and conflict resolution.
· Administer and support company benefit plans and strategy.
· Design, implement and oversee comprehensive employee training programs, including new hire orientation and performance management.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in the construction industry.
· Proven ability to implement and improve HR processes.
· Skilled in multi-state payroll and benefits administration.
· Strong communicator, able to work with both field crews and office staff.
· Bilingual preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
