HR Generalist – Phoenix Home Care & Hospice – St. Louis, MO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (No weekends!)

You’ll play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations while helping shape a positive and supportive culture.

What You’ll Do:

Help manage all aspects of onboarding and orientation for new hires
Process employee documentation and maintain compliance across HR records
Conduct background checks and ensure timely hiring processes
Provide guidance and support to office and field staff on HR policies and procedures
Assist with employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives
Collaborate with leadership on special projects and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

1+ year of HR or related administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Customer service mindset — approachable, patient, and professional
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred (not required)
