We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Director to join our team on a 1-month contract in West Hollywood, California. This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR leadership and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate administration through Insperity.
• Manage 401(k) administration and troubleshoot any related issues.
• Handle commission calculations and ensure biweekly payroll is processed without errors.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters.
• Lead recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to address staffing needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure all benefits programs are effectively managed and communicated to employees.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Adapt quickly to short-term priorities and deliver high-quality results within the contract period.
• Extensive experience as an HR Director or Senior HR Manager, preferably in healthcare or medical settings.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, with specific experience using Insperity.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) administration and commission structures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage employee relations effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure, short-term role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefit functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in onboarding and HR administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
