Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for shaping team culture, driving employee engagement, and navigating complex challenges with confidence? We're recruiting for a Human Resources Manager who will make a lasting impact at an organization committed to excellence and growth.

Your Scope of Responsibility:

Spearhead investigations and provide expert guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
Serve as a strategic partner to managers, enhancing team dynamics and morale.
Design, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate impactful employee training and development programs.
Support managers in performance management and corrective action planning.
Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment that champions workplace harmony.
Collaborate with legal teams on EEO claims and legal proceedings.
Lead training initiatives to heighten team engagement and promote leadership development.
Guide change management efforts to enable smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
Partner in leading company-wide initiatives, such as HR Roundtable, aimed at driving engagement.
Coordinate impactful employee training and development programs.
Facilitate the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) process with care and efficiency.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to innovate actionable retention strategies.

About You:

You’re an experienced HR professional with 3+ years of experience in a similar role who thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly to change, and is equipped with a proven ability to lead with integrity and strategy.

This position is primarily remote, requiring 1 day/week onsite. Candidates must be current to the Twin Cities area to be considered. Beginning pay is $79-83k.
