DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executes HR strategies across multiple locations to ensure consistency, compliance, and phenomenal employee experience.
Creates and implements policies and procedures to support the companies, maintain compliance, and ensures proper training and accountability throughout execution.
Drives culture and engagement by acting as a partner to the management team through coaching, and leading learning and development opportunities for multiple levels of the company.
Leads full cycle recruiting at the managerial level and overseas hourly recruiting and onboarding processes.
Drives employee relation investigation processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and accountability.
Oversees daily HR administrative activities including payroll, benefits, 401K, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, and is responsible for annual filing and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS ANDQUALIFICATIONS:
7-10+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
3-5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven experience understanding HR administrative practices and keeping up to date on relevant employment law.
Business-partner mindset to assist operations in meeting their goals.
Project Manager- can facilitate projects and direct others to execute for successful completion.
Exhibits a strong EQ- able to understand other’s perspectives yet act in an objective and professional manner.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking to
HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Organizational development and change management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
