About The Role
Were seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives across both corporate and field environments. As a key member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), this role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and operational execution, with a passion for building high-performing teams focused on employee-centric HR service delivery and fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and accountability.

What Youll Do
Align HR strategy with business priorities across diverse functions and geographies.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and transformation initiatives.
Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and pipeline development to build future-ready capabilities.
Oversee HR service delivery, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Champion employee engagement, relations, and culture-building efforts.
Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits strategy and execution.
Lead strategic HR projects, including system implementations, policy updates, and change initiatives.
Ensure enterprise-wide compliance through governance, audits, and risk mitigation.

A Day in the Life
Start the day reviewing workforce metrics and preparing for a strategy session with business unit leaders to align HR priorities with operational goals.
Join a cross-functional meeting to finalize the rollout of a new onboarding framework that integrates learning pathways and succession planning.
Lead a talent review session with field HRBPs, focusing on pipeline health and leadership continuity.
Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to address a benefits-related issue impacting multiple sites, ensuring resolution and clear communication.
Provide coaching to a new HR manager navigating a complex employee relations case, reinforcing policy alignment and cultural values.
Wrap up by reviewing progress on a strategic HR initiative - in this case reimagining our recruitment and selection process and introducing digital and AI technology thru a system upgradeand preparing feedback for the enterprise project team.
