Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and develop top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, fostering a fair and consistent workplace.
Lead training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in collaboration with finance and vendors.
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership to support decision-making.
Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification a plus).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
