Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Lead national HR projects and support site-specific initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business areas and sites.
- Address employee relations issues and support performance management.
- Communicate HR policies and processes effectively to employees.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare insightful reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and monitor industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
