Key Responsibilities:
● New Employee Orientation
Onboard new employees.
● Run the Terminations Process.
As needed.
● Working with Recruiters
Work with our recruiters to submit job descriptions, job requisitions etc.
● Manage company's LinkedIn Page, Indeed and Other Job Platforms
As needed.
● Administer Benefits
Across all ADP platforms. Health, 401k etc.
● Team Collaboration / Performance Evaluations
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to determine hiring needs and performance evaluations.
● Additional Responsibilities
Take on other tasks and projects as needed to support the team and contribute to overall business success.
Qualifications:
● Excellent Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via phone, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
● Organized & Detail-Oriented
Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to think on your feet, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
● Tech-Savvy
Comfortable using platforms, websites, and digital tools to manage customer interactions and streamline support processes
● Experience
At least 3 years of job specific experience
● Education
Bachelors Degree with a high GPA
