You will be the backbone of our human resources function, overseeing everything from talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration and strategic planning. We're looking for someone who can not only handle the day-to-day but also partner with our leadership to drive organizational growth and champion a positive, engaging workplace.
What you'll do:
- Lead with Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with our mission and vision. You'll identify talent gaps and create innovative programs for succession planning and employee development.
- Champion Our People: You'll be the go-to resource for managers and employees, fostering a culture of open communication and trust. You'll coach leaders, resolve complex employee relations issues, and actively work to boost morale and engagement.
- Build the Future: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from implementing effective recruitment and onboarding programs to managing performance reviews and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure Excellence: Administer our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our high standards for safety, legal compliance, and HR best practices.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as an HR Director, with a deep understanding of all HR functions and employment law.
- A bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience, or a master's degree and two years of experience. A PHR certification is a definite plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A track record of ethical conduct and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
- A detail-oriented and strategic mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
