We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture and future of our organization. You will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including talent development, performance enablement, collaborations, program development, training programs, change management, and culture development. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high quality and diverse talent pool.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Nurture a positive working environment by establishing a strong company culture.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.
- Use data and feedback to measure the impact of HR initiatives and continually refine and improve programs.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Develop and implement a learning management system to support employee development and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution and handle employment-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive for at least 5 years.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in program development, leadership development, and culture development.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with conflict resolution and change management.
