As we continue to scale, we are looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our people operations and support our dynamic workforce.
Role Summary:
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing and evolving all core HR functions while playing a key role in building the systems and processes that support a growing, multi-unit organization. This role will be hands-on, collaborative, and heavily focused on scalable HR systems, payroll accuracy, training implementation, and vendor partnerships that align with Mobilelink’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage payroll operations to ensure timely, accurate compensation for all employees, while continuously improving related processes and systems.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS platforms, ensuring systems are fully integrated, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Spearhead systems implementation projects, including selection, rollout, training, and adoption of new HR technologies and tools.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with HR vendors and service providers, managing contracts, renewals, and performance.
- Design and execute company-wide training and development initiatives, supporting employee growth, leadership readiness, and compliance requirements.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design in partnership with executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and best practices across multiple locations.
- Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies and procedures to support a positive and productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior or director-level HR role.
- Demonstrated success in payroll management, HRIS implementation, and systems integration.
- Experience managing external HR vendors, from selection to performance oversight.
- Proven ability to design and lead training and development programs across various teams and locations.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices, particularly in a retail or multi-unit business environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
