Hopefully, you! We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on People, Culture and Learning (PCL) Generalist to join our People team in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end people support, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, compliance, and development, while helping embed our culture and behaviours. This role will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the US. They will also support the Head of PCL in Australia across a range of projects designed to enhance overall employee engagement.
The PCL Generalist’s key responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screening, offering roles and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and candidates.
- Develops and implements innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Manages terminations, performance management and other employment relations issues with managers.
- Manages any worker’s compensation incidents and is proactive in improvements to any WHS risks and policies
- Provides administrative support across the employee lifecycle– onboarding, changes, exits and supporting on benefits administration including health, dental, 401(k) and leave programs
- Leads initiatives to enhance the employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle
- Coordinates local training sessions with L&D team, communicating to relevant stakeholders.
- Acts as a cultural champion, embedding our behaviours into all that we do
- Supports on team building activities and internal events to help with engagement and fostering a sense of community and belonging
We need you to bring…
- 3-5 years experience in a HR role with recruitment expertise
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR best practice. Experience in working in a national role and being across different state laws and regulations.
- A qualification in HR management is advantageous
- Strong organization skills with a love for being one step ahead
- A true collaborator who thrives working with others

The salary range for the position is $75,000- $90,000 pending experience.
