HRA is looking for a high-energy, driven individual to join our dynamic company as an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role supports the recruitment function at Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) through a blend of administrative excellence, organizational efficiency, and collaborative coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
· High-volume scheduling of phone interviews; video interviewing, job fairs and onsite interviews
· Partner with HR and hiring managers to schedule interviews and send out calendar invites
· Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, HR) and maintain effective communication channels
· Multi-task and effectively prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline the recruitment processes
· Track and update candidate interactions in Applicant Tracking System
· Identify and resolve process bottlenecks using data insights
· Manage recruitment information systems as directed
· Assist in intake calls and follow up on client and candidate needs.
· Support the development and implementation of creative recruiting strategies.
· Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve recruitment workflows.
· Have fun and be supportive of the team
· 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar Coordination support role
· Have experience with using applicant tracking systems or similar tools
· Understanding of interview workflow
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· A passion for maintaining a high-quality candidate experience

· Pay range between $45k-$55k based on experience
· 3 weeks of paid vacation including the week between Christmas and New Years
