Phoenix Processor, headquartered in Seattle, manages an at-sea fish processing vessel that operates in Alaksa and off the West coast. Established in 1988, we have a reputation as a great place to work and for producing top quality fish products sold in the domestic and international markets.

We are currently searching for a team oriented, energetic, organized, and efficient Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with candidates efficiently through the application and interview process to create a great candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
Use social networks, advertising, websites, etc. to increase recruiting and company awareness.
Assist HR team with other related tasks

Minimum one (1) year HR or Customer Support experience.
Experience and knowledge of commercial fishing not required, but helpful.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to exercise independent judgment, and deal with variables in situations where timely hiring is crucial to vessel operations.
Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Smartsheets

Pay Range - up to $34 per hour based on experience
