Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Director located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment law. They will also lead performance management strategies and provide guidance to foster a positive and productive organizational culture.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Policies development and implementation
Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management techniques
Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law compliance and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly preferred
